Sugar & Spice ships via Toll IPEC and Australia Post throughout Australia & New Zealand. The rate may differ depending on size on order due to price differences between satchels and boxes of some styles. Shipping is calculated based on number of items and the postcode its shipped to. Shipping costs shown on the website are considered a base quote, and some postcodes and countries may attract a higher rate. Pickup is also available to the Brisbane metro areas. When ordering through Sugar & Spice, our systems are not liable for damages caused by shipping delays that may occur due to seasonal holidays, stock ordering and various other factors that may arise during the ordering and shipping process. For styles that are in-stock at our local warehouse, order processing is typically between 3-5 business days plus another 2-5 business days for shipping. All orders that are not in-stock at our local warehouse are processed on the last day of each month, and carry an approximate 11-13 week processing and shipping time from the last day of the month. Expedited orders that are not in-stock at our local warehouse will incur a fee and are typically processed within 8 weeks.

Our stock levels are 99% correct, however minor variances do occur from time to time. Sugar & Spice will not be held liable for the stock levels shown on our website, and should be considered as a guide only.

Payments are made via credit-card, PayPal, BPAY, or pre-existing accounts for some wholesalers. All prices are in Australian Dollar, and as such include 10% GST (excluding wholesale prices). All promotions, discounts and sales are subject to a time clause and as such no rain-checks apply.

Following Australian regulations, refunds are not offered if you simply change your mind. All sales are final. On the condition that goods are not as described or are faulty on arrival, customers have five business days from invoice date to contact us to make return arrangements. Some styles maybe exchanged for a different size only if available and at Sugar & Spice’s discretion.
