- Shipping Charges
- Currently Sugar & Spice ships via Toll IPEC throughout Australia & New Zealand. Shipping is charged on an item to item basis, however most orders will attract a $30.00 shipping fee ontop of the final purchase price. For more information, contact us here.
- Delivery info
- All items are shipped from our Strathpine outlet based in Brisbane, Australia. For all Formal, Bridesmaid and Debutante orders, dresses are sent same-day if purchased before 12pm. After 3pm the dress is shipped the following business day. Wedding Gowns and Menswear are subject to additional tailoring and other factors and may attract a larger duration before shipping.
- Ordering
- To try on dress designs, make an order over the phone or find out more information, contact your nearest stockist here. Our stock levels are 99.99999% correct, however minor variances do occur from time to time. We can't be held liable for delays in shipping however we make all attempts to make contact provided any changes are made to delivery times.
- Payment & Promotions
- Payments are made via credit-card, PayPal or pre-existing accounts for wholesalers. All prices are in Australian Dollar, and as such include 10% GST. All promotions are subject to a time clause and as such no rain-checks apply.
- Refund Policy
- Following Australian regulations, refunds are not offered if you simply change your mind. If goods are found faulty, or are described differently from the item shipped, we will exchange the product for the correct item. With the exception of our suit hires, Sugar & Spice does not offer rentals of Wedding Gowns, Debutante, Formal or Bridesmaid dresses due to the rapidly changing rate in which the fashion industry progresses.
